2+ years riding, intermediate, fit or advanced riders looking to review & refine skills.

Level 2 lessons are a faster pace with greater trail distances for practice.
This session expands on your fundamental skill set with focus on bike & body movement, wheel lifts, pressure control, and trail flow. Additional skills covered may include climbing, more cornering, and more roll downs depending on what your group wants to work on.
Who is this for?
This is a ladies-only session oriented to riders who have already completed one or more lessons with us. You might also sign up for this if you feel that you are solid rider and you enjoy riding more challenging trails such as South March Highlands and Camp Fortune.
Why ladies only?
The atmosphere and pace in ladies groups is often less intimidating, less competitive, and a touch more supportive and sociable than mixed lessons. This is not to say our regular groups are not a great place for women, just that sometimes its nice to dial back the "bro" vibe a little. We strive to make all out groups inclusive but we have a lot of fun it's just the ladies riding together.
